The staff at this hotel tried to be helpful, but too bad the rest just didn't cut it. the location is good if you like being in the middle of nowhere, away from everything. Room decor was acceptable, and at least the sheets were clean. Dislikes: the food was truly terrible, even for Thanksgiving. the staff was well-meaning, but unprofessional and bordering on rude. the pool was dirty and uninviting. We only stayed for one night and it was enough - I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Just a 5-minute stroll to the center. Room had variety of facilities, including a mini-bar, climate control and a private safe. Their manager is top, btw! This hotel is equal to 3 stars.

We had a great stay! The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating when we arrived super early in the morning. They spoke English well and check-in was quick and easy. The hotel room was cozy and tidy. The hotel's location is relatively close to the crater, which we plan to visit in the future. We definitely recommend this hotel and may come back ourselves.

During my Christmas break, I had a great time at a cozy hotel. The staff was really helpful and accommodating, especially when we arrived in the early hours of the morning. They spoke English and made the check-in process a breeze. The room was also tidy and well-maintained, which was exactly what we were looking for. the hotel was located conveniently near some really cool attractions, which made it easy for us to explore the area.

Honestly, there wasn't much that I disliked about the hotel. The only thing that I could say is that the pool area wasn't very big, so it did get quite crowded during the day.
